Project Udaan 2.0 aims to bridge the knowledge and skills gap of the poor & underprivileged youth of our country to improve their employability. Our vision is to empower marginalized sections of society, especially young men, and women, fostering inclusivity and sustainability. Our mission is aligned with the UN`s Sustainable Development Goals, focusing on equipping children, youth, and women with knowledge, skills, and entrepreneurship for a sustainable lifestyle and a healthier environment. We are committed to promoting environmental conservation and building human capabilities for a resilient society.
In India, youth unemployment rates have consistently exceeded overall unemployment rates, posing significant challenges given the country`s large youth population. According to the 2019-20 Periodic Labour Force Survey, the unemployment rate among Indian youth aged 15-29 was 23.7%, with a rate of 20.9% among educated youth (graduates and above).
Project Udaan 2.0 will address the deficiencies faced by underprivileged youth in villages and small towns by offering highly subsidized online courses in English language proficiency, personality development, soft skills, career counselling, and subject coaching for recruitment exams. Our goal is to make quality education accessible and flexible, taking knowledge to the doorstep of poor students.

Project Udaan 2.0, an Earth Care Foundation initiative, aims to empower disadvantaged youth through education and skills development. It offers online courses in English proficiency, personality development, career counselling, and recruitment exam preparation.
Project Udaan 2.0 is designed for poor and underprivileged youth, particularly those in rural areas who lack access to quality education and career opportunities.
The project provides online courses in English language proficiency, personality development, career counselling, and subject coaching for recruitment exams.
Courses are delivered online, offering flexibility in terms of timing and location to accommodate the needs of students, especially those engaged in livelihood activities.
The courses are available at a highly subsidized nominal cost, ensuring accessibility for poor and underprivileged students.
Each student is assigned a mentor who guides and motivates them throughout the course. Weekly live online classes address doubts, and regular progress assessments ensure effective learning.
We maintain transparency through periodic evaluation reports shared with donors. Mentor-student interactions and weekly progress reports contribute to accountability.
You can contribute by sponsoring a student’s course, raising awareness about the initiative, or collaborating as a mentor or fundraiser. Visit our website (www.theearthcarefoundation.org ) for details on how to get involved.
