Earth Care Foundation is a non-governmental and not for profit organization registered as a Trust in 2005 under the Indian Trust Act. It works to establish a Sustainable Society and Sustainable lifestyle by empowering the underprivileged sections of the society with knowledge, skills, and resources on the one hand and promoting Environmental Conservation on the other. It has been working for the upgradation of knowledge and skills of the children, youth and women of the poor and underprivileged sections of the society so as to help in establishing peace, prosperity and harmony in the society.

Overview:

As a Project Head, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the planning, execution, and successful completion of projects as well as fundraising within our organization. You will be responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Your leadership and strategic skills will be essential in driving project success and achieving organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning:
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and budgets.
• Identify and allocate necessary resources, including team members, equipment, and materials.
2. Fund Raising :
• From Individuals/ HNIs , Corporate CSR funding from private as well as public sector companies / National and International Funding agencies.
3. Team Leadership:
• Recruit, train, and manage project teams.
• Provide clear direction and guidance to team members.
• Foster a collaborative and motivated project team environment.
4. Execution and Monitoring:
• Oversee project execution, ensuring tasks are completed as per the plan.
• Monitor project progress, identify issues, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
• Maintain effective communication with stakeholders and team members.
5. Risk Management:
• Identify potential risks and develop risk mitigation strategies.
• Proactively address and resolve issues to keep projects on track.
6. Budget and Resource Management:
• Manage project budgets and expenditures.
• Optimize resource utilization to achieve project objectives efficiently.
7. Quality Assurance:
• Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards.
• Conduct regular quality assessments and implement improvements as needed.
8. Reporting and Documentation:
• Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and reports.
9. Client Relations:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Address client concerns and provide excellent customer service.

Qualifications:

• MBA or BA in Business Economics , or degree in a relevant field.
• 5-7 years of proven experience in project management, including successful project delivery./ Fundraising
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Knowledge of Edu- tech industry, LMS Systems and related regulations will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

As a Project Executive, you will be acting as an in-house entrepreneur, leveraging your expertise, creating new ideas, raise funds, and thus supporting in scaling up with focus on :
• Project planning and design
• Project implementation and management.
• Fundraising and financial management.
• Project monitoring and evaluation.
• Stakeholder engagement and collaboration

What You Need to Have

• Graduate/MBA with relevant work experience of 3 - 4 years
• Outstanding communication, presentation, interpersonal and professional networking skills
• High-ownership and excellent problem-solving ability is a must.
