I am a senior software professional based in the bay area. I started my schooling in Notre Dame academy Patna and went to high school at DPS RK Puram New Delhi. I went on to complete my Computer Engineering degree from University of Texas at Austin. After graduation, I worked across a few early stage startups in the bay area. Post that, I worked for Walmart labs, Sunnyvale , Gap HQ, and in Meta HQ in Menlo Park , San Francisco .

Rupesh Kumar is from Sitamarhi, Bihar and currently living in New Delhi. He did his B.Tech from NIFTEM Kundli in Food Technology and Management. Currently, he is working as a Category Manager in Noida Based FMCG firm, FARMLEY. In the past, he has also worked with Coca Cola, Zomato and DeHaat. He has totally 7+ years experience in application programming, research & development, product design, development, support, and testing, technology innovation, scientific publication, project outsourcing and client relationship management. Meantime, he is working as Mentor at MEITY Startup Hub scheme, Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology, and Explorer at Startup India scheme, Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Government of India voluntarily. He is co-founder of Emsoft Technologies Chennai, India. He is certified as Cloud Professional by Google Cloud India and honoured as Azure NINJA Cat at Microsoft AI (Artificial Intelligence) by Microsoft India. Mr.Jaikant Kumar Singh has overall 28 years of experience. He has completed his BE Civil from BIT Mesra Ranchi in 1995 and MBA from Symbiosis. He was one of the founding management team of National Skill Development Corporation. He joined NSDC in August 2010 and worked for almost 11 long years upto Nov 2021. His last assignment with NSDC was as Head of Operations & Business Development and WorldSkills. Prior, to joining NSDC, he had worked for 15 years in national and multinational companies in Power, Refinery, Highway Greenfield construction projects and then in an ATM MNC industry. As a senior management team, he contributed in developing the policies, guidelines, framework and structures of different functionalities of NSDC like Monitoring and MIS, Business Development, State Engagement, project operation guidelines for PMKVY (Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana), IndiaSKills Competition, Junior Skills Competition etc.
